ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $ 500

Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders more than $500 shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. The $500 threshold applies to merchandise only. Gift certificates, gift cards, taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $500 to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations if more than $500 in merchandise is shipped to an address.

On orders below $500, standard FedEx shipping rates apply.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.Nailaya.com endeavors to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order doing business hours (48 hours on weekends). Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include Create Your Own items will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 days of order placement. All delivery schedules (listed below) are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information.

Create Your Own items (iDesign) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

We do ship outside the United States.

CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE

If you have a registered account with Nialaya.com, it’s easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the FedEx tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the FedEx Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don’t have a Nialaya.com account yet, set one up at My Account.

You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Orders. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.

Shipping delays on some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders during holidays and Private Sale Events.
