How can I make returns or exchanges?

Please fill out our return-form HERE and a Nialaya representative will get back to you within the next 48 hours to assist you with the return process. Please note that we charge a $9.90 re-stock fee for US returns and a $29.90 re-stock fee for international returns and also if an item has already been exchanged once. Exchanging your item once is free within 30 days of the date that the order was placed. Unfortunately we do not offer free exchange service if you live in the following countries: Indonesia, Egypt, Czech Republic, Russia, China, Poland, Africa, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Taiwan. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


Does Nialaya offer warranty on the jewelry?

Over the years we have worked hard to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. Our quality is among the very highest in the industry and we are now able to offer LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all items purchased on or after April 1, 2018. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee covers the following:

- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure

Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. If you have a repair, please e-mail our customerservice@nialaya.com for details on how to process your repair. Once we have received your repair at our office, we are not able to store your item for longer than 90 days.
