We ship worldwide via FedEx. Within the U.S., we offer free shipping with FedEx Ground (4-6 business days) on all orders above $250. For orders below $250, we offer FedEx Ground (4-6 business days) for a cost of $4.90 or FedEx 2day (2-3 business days) for a cost of $19. For International orders, we offer free shipping on all orders above $500. For orders below $500 the shipping cost is $14.90 and takes 3-6 business days.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Please fill out our return-form HERE and a Nialaya representative will get back to you within the next 24h to assist you with the return process. Please note that we charge a $30 re-stocking fee for all returns and also if an item has already been exchanged once. Exchanging your item once is free within 20 days of the date that the order was placed. Unfortunately we do not offer free exchange service if you live in the following countries: Indonesia, Egypt, Czech Republic, Russia, China, Poland, Africa, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Taiwan.


Does Nialaya offer warranty on the jewelry?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all items from the date that the item was purchased. The warranty covers free repair on the following: broken string or elastic, leather ripping, lock issues, and missing CZ diamonds. The warranty does not cover faded plating on locks or beads.
