If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

We strive to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible through our Rever Returns portal.

Return & Exchange Fees

• Domestic returns and exchanges: $14.99 per request
• International returns and exchanges: $39.99 per request

These fees cover return shipping, processing, and handling costs and will be deducted during the return process.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it has been received by our team.

Sale items, custom orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is packaged securely. Nialaya is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned.

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Sale items, custom orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCEL AN ORDER

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed, as orders may have already been processed or shipped.

If the product you ordered doesn’t fit properly or is not to your liking you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.

All SALE items and custom jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strive to make your returns and exchanges as seamless as possible through our Loop Returns portal. Please note that domestic customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are calculated during the return process. International customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and to ship returns and exchanges back to our Los Angeles office. Additionally, a $9.99 processing and handling fee applies to all domestic returns and exchanges and a $9.99 processing and handling fee applies to all international returns and exchanges. Warranty

NIALAYA WARRANTY

Does Nialaya offer a warranty on its jewelry?

Yes. At Nialaya, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. All eligible items purchased from Nialaya.com or our Los Angeles Flagship Store are covered by the Nialaya Warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Covered for Beaded Bracelets & Necklaces:

• Broken string, wire, or elastic
• Cracked beads
• Damaged locks or closures
• Broken wire components

Covered for Rings:

• Loss of a stone resulting from a manufacturing defect within the warranty period

How It Works

To submit a warranty claim, return request, exchange request, or report a faulty item, please visit:

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide further instructions and process your replacement, exchange, refund, or warranty claim as applicable.

For eligible warranty claims, Nialaya will provide a replacement item at no charge.

Approved warranty replacements include complimentary standard shipping.

If the original item or size is no longer available, Nialaya will provide a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds, store credits, and exchanges for items of greater value are not available under this Warranty.

In most cases, there is no need to return the original item.

Missing Beads

• 8MM beads: $5 replacement fee per bead
• 10MM beads: $10 replacement fee per bead

Not Covered

The Nialaya Warranty does not cover:

• Plating wear or discoloration
• Natural discoloration of beads, leather, or other materials
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper storage, misuse, or accidental damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Items purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers

Additional Terms

• The Nialaya Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The Nialaya Warranty is limited to one replacement per eligible item.
• Nialaya reserves the right to deny claims resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase from Nialaya.com or the Los Angeles Flagship Store is required for all warranty claims.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

PRE-ORDERS

Our shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering.

All of our Pre-Order items ship out as soon as they are available (typically 1-2 weeks). 

For Pre-Orders, we oftentimes do not have all the materials on hand to make your item, but once we do, we'll be able to make your item and ship it out.

You can still purchase pre-order items on our site and your order will be added to the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!

How should I maintain my jewelry?

JEWELRY CARE

Use your jewelry - but with care.

Remove your jewelry when you:

Beware of blows and bumps: Jewelry - especially with gemstones - can be fragile, so beware.

Storage:

The best thing is to store your jewelry in small cloth bags or small plastic bags so that they are separate and do not scratch up against each other. All Nialaya items come with a Nialaya pouch and box that you can store your jewelry in.

Advice on cleaning your jewelry at home:

The following products are recommended for cleaning and polishing your jewelry:

Polish cloth - Regular universal cloth.
