Our Premium Delivery Service is automatically added to every order to give you extra peace of mind when shopping with NIALAYA. For a small fee, this service provides:

Expedited Handling for Replacements

If your package is reported lost in transit or stolen after delivery, any replacement item we send will be prioritized in our fulfillment queue and shipped as quickly as possible.

Priority Support

Orders with Premium Delivery Service receive priority status with our customer care team.
This means faster response times and dedicated support for shipping-related concerns.

Replacement or Credit if Lost or Stolen

In the rare event your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, we’ll provide a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue store credit or exchange for the affected item.


Do I have to purchase this service?

Premium Delivery Service is added to every order by default, but you always have the option to remove it from your cart before checkout.


What are the limitations?

  • Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the original delivery date.

  • Service applies only to the value of the item(s) originally purchased.

  • Replacement items are subject to availability; if unavailable, store credit or an exchange will be provided.

Premium Delivery Service does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside their control (such as severe weather or natural disasters).

  • Items delivered to freight forwarders or non-residential forwarding services.


Important Note

The Premium Delivery Service is a customer service commitment, not an insurance policy. Remedies are limited to those described above.


Premium Delivery Service Terms

Overview

The Premium Delivery Service (“Service”) is an optional, fee-based add-on that NIALAYA makes available to customers at checkout. The Service is automatically included in your order unless removed by you prior to completing your purchase.

Scope of Service

If a package is reported as lost in transit or stolen after delivery, NIALAYA will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
a. A replacement of the same item(s), subject to product availability; or
b. Store credit up to the original purchase price of the affected item(s) if a replacement is not available.

Any replacement issued under the Service will receive expedited handling in NIALAYA’s fulfillment process.

Conditions

  • Claims under this Service must be submitted in writing to NIALAYA Customer Care within 10 calendar days of the original delivery date.

  • The Service applies only to orders shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • NIALAYA reserves the right to require reasonable proof of loss or theft prior to issuing a remedy.

Exclusions

The Service does not apply to:

  • Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

  • Delays caused by carriers or events outside of their reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, labor strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events).

  • Deliveries made to freight forwarders, P.O. boxes, or package forwarding services.

  • Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, in circumstances where there is evidence of misdelivery outside of NIALAYA’s control.

Limitations of Liability

  • Remedies under this Service are limited exclusively to the replacement, store credit, or refund described in Section 2.

  • In no event shall NIALAYA’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the affected item(s).

  • This Service does not constitute insurance and should not be construed as such. NIALAYA is not a licensed insurer, and the Service is offered solely as a customer service benefit.

What payment methods are accepted on Nialaya.com?

We accept the following forms of payment on Nialaya.com: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Payments, Klarna, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Customers based in the U.S. can apply for our financing program, which will let you divide the payment over up to 6 months.

Will my Nialaya purchase arrived gift wrapped?

Yes, it will arrive in our exclusive pouch or a gift box. A certificate and care card are enclosed.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, please make a note under “Special Instructions” before checking out.

How can I check an order I placed on Nialaya.com?

You can log into your account to track recent orders.

How can I make a return or exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Does Nialaya offer warranty on its jewelry?

Over the years we have worked hard to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. Our quality is among the very highest in the industry and we are now able to offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all items purchased on or after April 1, 2018 on NIALAYA.COM or in our Los Angeles Flagship Store only. Your first three bracelet repairs will be covered under this warranty. Please note that we do not offer lifetime guarantee on any items purchased outside of our own website or flagship store. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee.

The guarantee covers the following for beaded bracelets and necklaces:

- Broken string, wire, or elastic
- Cracked beads

- Damaged lock or closure on beaded jewelry

- Broken wire on beaded bracelets


Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, discoloration of beads and leather, broken and ripped necklaces, or damage due to normal wear and tear or improper storage of your items. Please review our jewelry care guide to minimize wear and tear on your jewelry.

We offer low cost repairs on broken necklaces, please contact our customer service team to learn more.

The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Square Pendant Necklaces and we offer a 1-year warranty on all String Bracelets. If you have surpassed the 1-year warranty on your String Bracelet, we charge a $50 repair fee.

For any Beaded Bracelets under warranty that are missing beads, we charge a $5 replacement fee for 8MM beads and a $10 replacement fee for 10MM beads.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

If you have a repair, please e-mail customerservice@nialaya.com for details on how to process your repair. Once we have received your repair at our office, we are not able to store your item for longer than 90 days.
