Nialaya warrants eligible jewelry purchased directly from Nialaya.com or the Nialaya Los Angeles Flagship Store against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

Bracelets & Necklaces

The following manufacturing defects are covered:

  • Broken string, wire, or elastic resulting from a manufacturing defect
  • Cracked beads resulting from a manufacturing defect
  • Damaged locks, clasps, or closures resulting from a manufacturing defect
  • Broken wire components resulting from a manufacturing defect

Rings

The following manufacturing defects are covered:

  • Loss of a stone caused by a manufacturing defect within the warranty period

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must email customerservice@nialaya.com and provide:

  • A photo or video of the damaged item
  • The original order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

All claims are subject to review and approval by Nialaya.

Nialaya reserves the right to request additional photos, videos, or return of the item for inspection before approving a claim.

Approved Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims, Nialaya will provide one of the following remedies at its sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair of the item
  • Comparable replacement item if the original is unavailable

Replacement items must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

Approved warranty replacements include complimentary standard shipping.

The Nialaya Warranty is limited to one approved warranty replacement per item.

Missing Beads

Replacement beads are available at the following rates:

  • 8MM Beads: $5 per bead
  • 10MM Beads: $10 per bead

Labor and shipping fees may apply where applicable.

Exclusions

The Nialaya Warranty does not cover:

  • Plating wear, fading, or discoloration
  • Natural oxidation, tarnishing, or material aging
  • Natural discoloration of beads, leather, cord, or other materials
  • Scratches, dents, impacts, or cosmetic wear
  • Stretching caused by regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pulling, dropping, crushing, or improper storage
  • Lost beads, stones, charms, or components due to impact or accidental damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Water damage, chemical exposure, perfume exposure, or excessive moisture exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, resizing, or alterations
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers

Additional Terms

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Nialaya reserves the right to determine whether damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.
  • Nialaya reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside the terms of this warranty.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, special orders, personalized jewelry, and custom-made jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law.
